Because self‑love needs a date in your diary. In 120 nourishing minutes we’ll unwind tight hips and hamstrings with Gravity Yoga, drop into deep calm with a group Reiki Circle led by Victoria, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and replenished.

Victoria Wright — Reiki practitioner & energy guide. Reiki is a gentle yet profound complementary healing modality that nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Part 1 — Gravity Yoga (45 mins):
Targeted, long‑hold stretches, breathwork, and relaxation to improve mobility and release tension safely.

Part 2 — Reiki Circle with Victoria (45 mins):
Gentle, guided meditation to soothe your system and invite deep rest.

Integration + Closing (20 mins):
A soft landing, journalling prompt, tea, and next‑steps ritual.
