Welcome & Agreement

When you use our website or book a Reiki session with us, it means you're agreeing to these simple rules. They're here to make sure we all have a clear and positive experience.

The effective date of these Terms and Conditions is 1 July 2025.

 About Our Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a gentle, complementary energy healing technique. It's meant to support your well-being and relaxation. Please remember, Reiki is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. We don't diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or cure diseases. Always talk to your doctor about any health concerns before commencing any sessions with us.

Consent Form

Before your session, please let us know about any health conditions or medications you're taking. This helps us ensure your comfort and safety. By filling in our Consent Form you agree that the personal information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and in particular you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by contacting us.

Children

Clients under the age of 18 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give signed consent to treatment. They will also be asked to remain present for the duration of the agreed treatment.
