Join me, Victoria, at the Church House in Epsom, for an energy healing session to quiet your mind through a restful mediation and allow the gentle energy of Reiki to restore your balance.
What to expect during this 90 minute session:
A warm welcome and setting your intention for the evening.
Getting comfortable, preparing our bodies and minds for a visualisation guided meditation to release tension and find a peaceful state.
Receiving reiki allowing the healing energy to flow and release any blockages supporting your body's natural ability to heal
Replenish your energy with a herbal tea while reflecting on your experience - taking notes or journaling.
Picking an oracle card receiving messages from your higher self and your guides.
Energy cleansing and protection with essential oil blends
Opportunity to ask questions about your experience and any insights or emotions that came up for you .
What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet profound complementary healing modality that nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Often translated as ‘universal life-force energy,’ Reiki flows from the practitioner to you, reaching the core of any imbalance and offering healing that deeply resonates with your psyche.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing, ideally layers
An eye mask to fully immerse into the process
A blanket
A pillow or neck support
Knee support for those with lower back issues
A yoga mat
Water bottle
Journal or notepad and pen
Crystals for clearing and charging
Good to know:
Doors open at 18.15 to settle into a comfortable place in the room. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter as they may disturb the peaceful flow of the event.
Reiki practitioners who wish to receive healing are welcome to join us.
